The Cabin on Pennington Hill is the perfect rustic cabin for a couple or small group of 3-4. Set on a 40 acre estate overlooking 2 beautiful ponds, this cabin will give you a true taste of the West Virginia outdoors. The perfect affordable base camp for climbers, rafters, and hikers. You'll spend most of your time outside enjoying the deck and the view but when you move inside you'll have a comfortable queen bed and a futon to sleep on. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal.

The cabin features a cozy living area with views of the forest, and seating for everyone to relax. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area make it easy to prepare and enjoy meals together. Outside, you'll find a deck overlooking a beautiful country estate and ponds. Bring your fishing poles and try your luck.

The Space

This basic cabin is quaint and comfortable. Its primary goal is to be a basecamp for an adventure traveler and it succeeds in that perfectly. The cabin is ideal for a couple but the futon can accommodate another 1-2 guests. There is also an air mattress on site if preferred instead of the futon.

The area outside of the cabin is fantastic and has plenty of room to set up tents for a small fee if there are more people in the group who prefer to pitch a tent and sleep under the stars.

An open concept living area includes a dining room and living area. In the living room is a custom made couch that doubles as two twin beds and a HD Smart TV. Beyond the living area are two bedrooms which are both fitted with memory foam queen beds.
